Legal Assistant - Onebane Law Firm has an opening for a Legal Assistant with 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial and Litigation Support. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. The right candidate should have prior experience in business law matters, including the knowledge of the formation of legal entities, business contracts, commercial transactions, business litigation (including settlements and trial preparation), and also have a good working knowledge of civil procedure and practice. Applicants must have strong written and oral communication skills and maintain continuing contact with business clients, work independently, and organize and maintain files. Must have the ability to work after hours on occasion when legal deadlines require. This full-time position includes an extensive benefits package such as group health insurance, profit sharing, 401(k) and match, short and long-term disability, life insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off for sick, vacation and holidays. Salary depends on experience.

Corporate/Business/Tax/Estate Planning Attorney - Onebane Law Firm, APC, is seeking a Corporate/Business/Tax/Estate Planning Attorney with 5+ years of experience. Candidate with LL.M. Degree is preferred but not required. Must be a self-starter with strong research and writing skills as well as excellent academic credentials. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
